What this site collects, why, and how to have it deleted.
Effective 30 September 2026. This policy covers the website at sicon.ai, run by Sicon (Super Intelligence Consultants), with offices in Seattle, Las Vegas and Silicon Valley.
What we collect
What you send us. If you use the plan builder or contact form, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, company, the options you chose and any message. If you email us, we receive your email.
Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses and browser information to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
What we don’t collect. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and loads no third-party scripts.
How we use it
We use what you send us only to reply to you, prepare a proposal, and keep a record of our correspondence. We don’t sell it, rent it, or use it to train AI models.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through a transactional email provider. We share your information with no one else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that don’t lead to work are deleted within 24 months. If you become a client, records are kept as long as the engagement and our legal obligations require.
Your choices
Email info@sicon.ai to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We’ll reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
